Wow!!! It was my first order from Mist King and I orded two second timers. One worked fine and the other didn't work at all. We were installing the timers late at night on a Sunday. I e-mailed Marty and later that night I got a reply. Was I surprised and pleased. He told me some things to try which I did, but it didn't help. I contacted Marty again and very rapidly got a reply and he is replacing the timer. It is not often that you get good and rapid service. I am so pleased and I will order from him again without any hesitation. Sandy
